2. PAYMENT

Supply Only
We ask for a deposit of 25% to place your order and balance of payment prior to delivery or on collection

Full Installation
We ask for a deposit of 25% to book your installation date and balance of payment on completion

3. DELIVERIES

Delivery dates are given in good faith, but are estimates only

You must provide the necessary labour for unloading the Goods

All goods must be delivered / collected within 1 week of your complete order being received at the showroom

Bathrooms by Design advise you not to confirm your installer’s starting date until full receipt of your goods

Bathrooms by Design cannot consider any claim for shortages or damages 48 hours after delivery. Please ensure all goods are checked by yourself and that any problem is reported within the 48 hour period.

4. FAULTY PRODUCTS

Due to our continuous policy of product evaluation and customer satisfaction, the Bathrooms by Design customer service team would like to hear from you. All our products carry a 12 month warranty.

5. CANCELLATION CHARGES

Prior to delivery No Charge

After delivery, in original packaging 25% collection charge

After delivery, opened packaging Non-refundable
